About CloudStack Collaboration Conference 2022
The CloudStack Collaboration Conference 2022 is a 3-day hybrid get-together for the global CloudStack community and people interested in open-source technology. The event will be held in the Capital Fort business center, which is located on the main boulevard connecting Sofia International Airport and the city center – “Tsarigradsko Shose”. The hybrid event is aimed at developers, operators, and users to discuss and evolve the open-source software project, its functionality, and real-world operability. This event will introduce you to the CloudStack family, community leaders, project members, and contributors.
This year the event will have more than 40 speakers from all over the world that will talk about what’s new in Apache CloudStack, the useful integrations, and how you can build robust CloudStack systems.

Block device IO performance can be substantially improved by employing libvirtd iothreards to handle tasks regarding IO operations. In this presentation, we’ll discuss the problem with poor IO performance we stumbled upon in QEMU/KVM virtual machines and how it could be resolved using libvirtd iothreards to offload IO tasks and improve block IO performance.
