We’re looking for a top-notch developer in the areas of operating system kernels, virtualization, storage, or networking.
- Written their own language and compiler;
- Written their own file system;
- Made their own operating system running on real hardware;
- Contributed to an “infrastructure” software project like the Linux kernel, Qemu/Libvirt, glibc, musl or similar;
- Worked on projects in the areas of packet processing, compilers, debuggers, language runtimes, hardware emulation, and virtualization;

Tasks:

Your tasks:
- Designing and implementing employer branding initiatives in line with the business needs;
- Creating content for internal, external publications and social media posts and managing ad audiences;
- Coordinating the release of company announcements and other correspondence to all associates in Bulgaria;
- Organizing and participating in different initiatives as well as supporting online/in person events;
- Works closely with the marketing department;
- Provides ideas for improving the company’s career website to ensure that it is a creative and effective tool for attracting suitable candidates;
- Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and communication programs and activities with the direct manager and leadership team;
- Supporting the leadership team by creating and/or editing branding materials.

Your Responsibilities
- Set up and manage marketing automation through HubSpot
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
- Funnel analysis
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blog articles, press releases and podcasts)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Monitor ROI and KPIs
- Creating and updating digital marketing reports
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
Required Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist
- Proven expertise with HubSpot and Inbound Marketing with HubSpot
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads and twitter Ads
- Knowledge of web publishing and Landing page creation
- Proficiency with SEO tools
- Experience with visual communication principles
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
