In such cases, you agree to receive emails, phone calls, newsletters, marketing materials, updates and news in regards to StorPool or any other storage-related issues. If you do not want to receive any other information of this kind from us, you have the right to unsubscribe by using the link in the emails we have sent to you or by sending us an email to info@storpool.slm.dev with a subject Unsubscribe. All requests will be processed in maximum 30 days after they have been received.

Submissions Policy

Any information provided to StorPool shall be provided by the submitter and received by StorPool on a non-confidential basis. StorPool shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. All submissions, comments, ideas, and correspondence become the property of StorPool. Notwithstanding the foregoing, StorPool reserves the right to monitor content on the web site and to remove content which StorPool, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In order to maintain an informative and valuable service that meets the needs of the users of the web site and avoids the harm that can result from disseminating statements that are false, malicious, violate of the rights of others, or otherwise harmful, it is necessary to establish the following rules to protect against abuse:

StorPool shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained at this Web Site, and does not warrant that defects in the Web Site will be corrected. StorPool reserves the right to make changes without notice and disclaims any responsibility for providing notice of such changes. In addition, StorPool has no liability to make changes to existing product(s) and /or content. StorPool does not warrant that the web site will be uninterrupted. Accordingly, all StorPool and third party information is provided on an “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties OF ANY KIND.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless StorPool, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the web site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement or any activity related to your submissions to the Web Site (including negligent or wrongful conduct).

Additional Information

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between StorPool and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a Bulgarian court of competent jurisdiction. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the web site must be commenced within thirty (30) calendar days after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. StorPool’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms and Conditions. StorPool may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. If any provision or portion of these Terms and Conditions shall be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it is understood and agreed that such invalidity or unenforceability of any provision or portion of the Conditions of Use shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions or portions of this Conditions of Use.
