The Event

The Open Infrastructure summit will take place in Shanghai from November 4th to November 6th in the Shanghai Expo Center. The organizers promise to welcome all participants with a sophisticated set of sessions, opportunities for networking and collaboration. Boyan Krosnov - Co-Founder & Chief of ProductBoyan Krosnov, CPO of StorPool will present the session “Achieving the ultimate performance with KVM”. He will talk about what is the optimum architecture and configuration for performance and efficiency. In this session, we will show how to achieve the best performance with KVM in the areas of compute, networking and storage. We’ll list the best architecture configuration options in each areas, and we’ll discuss the various trade-offs of performance vs functionality in each area. In the storage part of the talk we’ll also show how much lower storage latency helps application performance.
